Our
new website is live! As breeders of both Friesians,
Barock Pintos and German Shepherds we decided to make a
separate website just for the dogs. We breed West German
Shepherd lines, DDR German Shepherd lines and Czech
German Shepherd lines. We have a litter coming in
January so if you're looking for a German Shepherd puppy
visit us at Vom
Grenzpolizei K9. The DDR's patrolled the East German border and our name means
"from the border patrol".

We
just saw this on Facebook posted by Friesian
Sporthorse Association, "Saddest
condolences to Sherry and Jon Koella of Hidden Promise
Sporthorses, who lost their barn and horses (including
Nico) in a fire last night. There are no words to
express what a tragedy this is, or how sorry we are for
the Koellas and their horses..." and we would
also like to publicly send our condolences to Sherry and
Jon. This is a heartbreaking tragedy and we can't even
imagine what they're going through or the level of their
grief. As owners of a Nico
daughter, it breaks our hearts that her sire was lost in
such a horrible accident along with the rest of the horses in the barn.
Nico was a wonderfully talented stallion who will be
sorely missed. We are keeping the Koella's in our
thoughts and prayers.

Picasso's
Masterpiece receives 45 Points!
Highest
score every given by ECHA in Denmark!
August 29-30, 2009. We are absolutely thrilled
with Picasso's success at this keuring. Picasso's
breeder, Kenneth Poulsen, who showed Picasso during the
keuring, said, "The ECHA/Barockpinto show in
Denmark was a huge success. And as the German judges
said "We are very happy, to see that the standard
of the presented horses in the Barockpinto category is
in the absolute high end class". Two Barockpinto
colts were given the highest score (45 points) ever
given in Denmark by ECHA. One colt was the 4 month old
"Picasso's Masterpiece" after a Friesian mare
and the Barockpinto stallion Albano (Denmark), the other
colt was the 4½ month old "Concorde" after
Friesian and Barockpinto stallion Bonte Avantgarde
(Denmark)." Congratulations Kenneth!.
